We sat down with Carson Wick, Wine Club Manager, to learn more about what she believes makes our wine club family so special, apart from our beloved members of course! As someone who is member-focused and constantly trying to improve the experience of our wine club family, we thought we’d ask her about her favorite club perks!

All of our events, from concept to design, are created with our club members top of mind. Our priority is to provide our members with valuable and unique experiences that they will remember forever! We enjoy being able to provide a magical, serene moment that transports them out of their normal life, even if for just a moment. We will take any opportunity to share our appreciation and gratitude for our loyal members.

Concierge service for all case club members
Our case club members receive our quarterly concierge service to help tailor each wine club release to their liking. We want to ensure that each order is more exciting than the last! This means that Michelle and I will call each case club member every quarter to check in, share which wines they will be receiving in their shipment, and discuss whether or not they would like to customize or have any special requests included. We love to personally connect with each of our members, and being able to talk with each person, one-on-one, allows us to give our time and attention to those individuals. These concierge calls are an invaluable way for us to build relationships and ensure our members are receiving the best possible service.

As a wine club member, you have access to our raved-about Home Ranch Tasting and Tours at member-only pricing! We are blessed to be 100% estate-grown and produced, meaning our vineyards are right in our backyard! Thus, we are able to provide tours that are interactive, informative, and a fun way to see what happens behind the scenes on our Home Ranch. Oh, and not to mention, you taste Harney Lane favorites along the way! Our tastings and tours are a fun idea for when you are hosting folks from out of town, and are looking to share with them the beauty of the Lodi wine region, or getting a group together for a fun day of Lodi wine. These are offered weekly and have a different feel each time, as they are focused on what is happening in the vineyard or seasonally on the Home Ranch.
Our in-house fulfillment and affordable shipping rates
We pride ourselves in offering an effortless shipping system for our club members. We know how complicated shipping can be, so we work hard to make shipping Harney Lane wines a breeze. We hand-pack every order that leaves the winery to ensure that absolute accuracy and care was taken. This also allows us to control when wine ships to avoid heat and freeze damage so our wine orders arrive in impeccable condition.
If you are familiar with shipping wine, then you understand how expensive it can be! We try to make our wine as accessible as possible by sharing these shipping costs with our members. Our hope is that no matter where our members live, they are able to enjoy their Harney Lane favorites without the worry of how it will get to them, and how much it will cost. We work year-round with UPS, FedEx, and GSO to provide you with a reasonable price point to ship wine, and ship to nearly all states in the continental US.

By far, one of the greatest joys of my career at Harney Lane has been working with Michelle. A little more than a year ago we brought Michelle on full-time as the Wine Club Assistant, and it has been so fun to spend our days together, serving our members! We had previously worked together, and were thrilled when our paths crossed again here at Harney Lane. As one of the most caring people I know, I can confidently say that we are so blessed to have Michelle on the team, and our club members receive excellent care and service from her. To know her is to love her, and our members certainly know this to be true!
