It is possible we’ve spent more time in the kitchen than any other room this year. Good food + great wine = our happy place. These are easy things to find joy in and having more of both in our lives is one positive outcome of 2020. Between the extra time at home, the desire to create, and our love for serving others, our family and friends are enjoying the trend!
We now carry a growing assortment of curated cookbooks in our Tasting Room that serve as a constant source of inspiration. Our team has found many fantastic new favorites, but the book we all keep coming back to is Tieghan Gerard’s Half Baked Harvest – Super Simple.
Tieghan’s wine-friendly dishes are approachable and convenient, keeping with the super simple theme. Her innovative twists on classic comfort meals taste completely unique, but are simple to create with familiar ingredients. Most importantly, the finished dish is always delicious!
