Club Members: An Important Account Update

We’re excited to begin 2025 with a refreshed online experience that we hope you’ll find as elegant and approachable as our estate-grown wines.

We recently upgraded our ecommerce platform to improve the overall shopping and account management experience. While much of our website will look the same, you’ll find your profile and wine club account will look and function differently.

To experience your new wine club profile, you’ll need to start by selecting a new, secure password on our website. Once logged in, you’ll be able to update your shipping information, view recent orders, and review the card we have on file for you.

Follow these steps to access your account:

Step 1:
Click this link https://harneylane.com/profile/forgot-password

Step 2:
Enter the email address we have on file for you.

Step 3:
Check your email. You will have received an email called ‘Password Reset Request’. Click the button in the email to access your account.

Step 4:
You’ll be connected directly to your new account. Feel free to edit your profile including your password, address, and credit card information.

Once your account is set and updated, it’s easy to access at any time by visiting harneylane.com and clicking on ‘Log In’ in the upper right corner.
